If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of shipment and in new, unused condition with original packaging. Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns (please refer to promotion disclaimers for the terms of each offer).

Order Cancelation

We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should E mail info@route21.us  once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 40% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

Exchange

We will accept exchanges for a different style, size or color. You will be required to ship the products back in the condition they were sent, unworn and undamaged with original labels on. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless you are exchanging an item that is found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. Should the products be received damaged, worn or not in the condition sent, as mentioned, an exchange will be refused. We strongly advise to use a traceable method of shipment as we will not be responsible for claims of items lost or damaged in transit, and your exchange will regrettably be denied.

Refund

If you are not satisfied with our products, you can choose to be refunded the cost you paid for any of your initially ordered items if they have been returned in original condition to our warehouse. Shipping cost is non-refundable unless the item is found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault.
